I went to the Manchester Gallery of Costume at Platt Hall to look at a selection of fans and find some inspiration. I recorded some videos of me using the fans and interacting with them.
Using inspiration from the gold fan I created this glove as a sample that shows how extra's could be added to the hands to connect the fingers.
